Master with focus on conflict management, organizational and cross-cultural communication, J.D. from Universidad de Lima (Peru), and extensive training in negotiation and conflict management from CMI International Group, Western Kentucky University, Lipscomb University, and the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.
